Sharon Allitt

A few years ago, Sharon began performing with different bands and eventually realized that what she needed most was to express herself in her own unique way. Since then she has been performing at various venues including an extensive Barnes & Noble tour in 2000, Borders Books & Music stores and a vast amount of similar venues in the tri-state area.

She's a woman with a lot on hr mind. She writes, she sings, she self promotes, she is her own manager…she is a force to be reckoned with in today's industry and her continuously growing audiences and overall appeal to any audience are evidence of her massive talent.

With one CD under her belt and a second just over the horizon, Sharon has been called one of the most genuinely "original" singer/songwriters today. Sharon's vocal style has been compared to Sarah McLachlan and P.J. Harvey. Her songwriting "a near perfect hybrid between Joni Mitchell and Tori Amos…"
