Hi
there!
Here's what is new on Collected Sounds for the month of
September, 2003
August was a slow month for the site because it was a busy month
for me! It's getting a bit hard for me to spend the amount of time
needed on this site, but I'm going to keep plugging away until I
can't do it anymore. I hope that doesn't happen!
Thanks for visiting...enjoy September!
News
I have created a new discussion list for friends and fans of
Collected Sounds and the artists featured here called Musings. I
hope you will all join!! Go to the Musings
Page to learn more!
I am also changing the updates list a bit so that it is managed
by the website and not by me! So if you want to continue to receive
email updates about the site please send an email to updates-subscribe@collectedsounds.com.
If you do not sign up, you will not receive anymore of these. But I
hope you do!

...as usual... I am still asking for visitors to submit CD or
concert reviews for the site. It doesn't even have to be a performer
that I spotlight, just one that you like. A few requirements are
that the women featured must be "total artists" and by that I mean
they must write their own music. Not necessarily ALL their own,
collaborations are fine and a few covers are fine, but primarily
their music must be their own. So if there is a CD that you just
can't seem to get out of your CD player or a show that you can't
stop raving about, please write up a little something and contact me
Thanks and keep visiting and sending me your suggestions,
requests, etc...
