My first thought was "ooo scary!" black and red cover, red photo on the back. I opened it up and there's a pentacle/pentagram on the CD. So I already had an idea about the music inside and…well…I was pretty much right. This is pretty dark stuff.

The music is hard, wailing guitars, wailing vocals, head banging beats bordering on frenetic. But there is some sort of semblance here as well. The songs are well written and don't fall into the trap of being just noise, which is not always an easy task.

I won't say too much more because I don't really know this genre very well, and I don't want to look more like a moron than I already do. Go to CD Baby, take a listen and if you like what they offer, you'll like the whole CD.
