Love or Inertia by Amy Raasch

Amy Raasch has been an actress and now her musical career is starting. She writes literate and catchy songs and her voice is just beautiful.

"Missing" is a fabulous song, Raasch's melancholy mood coming across well. It's not unlike Aimee Mann's early stuff.

"Listen Once" is mainly acoustic and it's lovely.

"Neverland" is intimate and reassuring, Raasch playing her guitar softly.

"Man of Steel" is a fine, sad little song.

Raasch is down to earth in her approach to her music and "Love or Inertia" is a special debut.
