Marlene Tholl’s debut is very accomplished. She’s also acted and her versatility really shows. Her ethereal sound has beautiful tunes.
The title song is abased on Greek mythology and Tholl’s rich vocal really shines.
“Come Undone” is one of the strongest tracks, Tholl singing against a simple backdrop.
A cover of “Song to the Siren” is truly special.
“Warm hand of Mercy” is comforting and sophisticated, a soft backing supporting the astonishing vocal.
Tholl is a superb talent and her debut is worth hearing
