"According to you" strays close to Cowboy Junkies, all soft and slow burning. I just wish the vocals could be mixed a bit higher.
"Deliver" is a sad-eyed song that makes me think of Natalie Merchant.
"Lady Luck" is a rather lovely, country-flavored song.
Hmm, a song of my home "The Sweden Song" is rather cute. She mentions
talking about the weather which is quite common among us Swedes. (yes, more
so than in other countries I find). A carefree little travel song that also
namechecks Italy and Belgium.
This is a nice debut and the album that followed it was even better.
