 "Forward Motion"
by Davison/Coleman

a Review by Anna Maria Stjärnell

Lynn Davison and Cole Coleman's have just made their debut album. Their music seems to marry many influences.

There's a general air of positivity about the album, I get strong Fleetwood Mac vibes from the opener "You And I And All The World." Davison sounds like Stevie Nicks and the music is very soothing.

"Castles In The Sand" is bright and melodic as Davison sings about wanting more than the material world can offer.

A cover of Cat Stevens "Moonshadow" sees Coleman take the lead vocal charmingly.

"Cryin" is a beautifully sung ballad, where the bands use of the laud, an unusual string instrument, works very well.

This is a fine record.
