Canada's Peggy White has released a nice CD with rich production sound. The entire CD has a definite country/roots feel. White writes the music, Gene Bruce writes the lyrics. Her voice is rich and full, a good match for the style of music.
"Out There on Those Wings" has a nice driving beat (and in fact, would be a good addition to a driving mix CD).
"Lucky Me" has a great guitar opening and the rest of the song is pretty cool as well.
"Margaret Adams" is cool, I love story songs. White's voice really shines on this track.
If you enjoy roots-y folk and Americana give Patty White a spin.
