a Review by Anna Maria Stjärnell
Bernadette McCallion and Rich Gaglia make up this group. I reviewed their debut here a while back. Their electronic pop is still very pleasing to the ear.
"Cause of Death:Unknown" is a very confident opener. McCallion's vocals have a neat backdrop for her to emote against.
"Taking me down" is a lovely, slightly ambient track. Galia's synth melody plays well off the dreamy mood.
The mystical-sounding "Hypnotized" has another great vocal.
"Here we Go" is more up-tempo and flirts with Eurtyhmics-style ambiences. Not overly retro, but in a good way.
This second album proves the band are worth paying attention to.
