a Review by Anna Maria Stjärnell
The dreamy "Concrete Floor" opens Emily Easterly's
album in a great way. It allows her marvellous voice
room to roam.
"Tuesday" is all seductive poise. Easterly sings softly but convincingly.
"Win" has Aimee Mann's pop sensibility and adds some
Beatles-esque touches as well.
"Bad Luck" is a sunny song despite the title. Easterly's sweet vocals accentuate the songs loveliness.
The darker strains of "Bound to You" are also handled well. Easterly's talent shines in this context too. "Cole" is a strong record.
